Pinot Beurot grapes from Nolay, a small village west of the Montrachet, Santenay, and Saint-Aubin. It’s a tiny pocket planted entirely to Beurot since forever. A little skin maceration sees it drinking like its (close relative) skin-contact Pinot Gris. Punchy strawberries, pop rocks, blood oranges, apricot, zest, and a lick of tannin. Fruity and Flamboyant. Lo-fi natural wine.
