Kazmet is a certified organic, head-pruned, dry-farmed site while Hawkeye is an organically-farmed vineyard. Naturally stunning high-elevation sites boasting a large diurnal temperature shift of 50 degrees, providing excellent fruit maturation while maintaining impeccable balance.
Upton Vineyard farms ten acres of certified organic (in 1990), dry-farmed Sauvignon Blanc planted in 1969. Direct-pressed and fermented in a combination of neutral French oak and stainless steel. Aged for 7 months, bottled with no filtration and 10 ppm SO2 only.
