100% Nero D'Avola from organic vineyards in western Sicily, not far from Marsala, made naturally all in steel. Classic Nero d'Avola flavours here with all the black cherry, dark plum, ripe blackberry and seductive spice that you can handle. It has a slightly herbaceous quality leaning into liquorice territory, alongside coffee, dark chocolate shavings and some leather.
We adore this with pizza and pasta but you can also nightcap it after dinner.
