The 2019 Pinot Project is handcrafted from high-quality vineyards in California’s Coastal regions; from Monterey & San Benito to Central Coast to Suisun valley in the North Coast. The diversity in soil and climate contributes to depth in character, balance and pristine fruit. Deep garnet in colour with aromas of pomegranate and baking spice. Balanced on the palate with notes of dark cherry, blackberry and cacao with a smooth, lingering finish.

Chozas Carrascal Las Dos Ces Tinto Bobal 2018
Valencia, Spain

Chozas Carrascal is one of 17 wineries with Spain’s highest designation, Vino de Pago. They produce organic and sustainable wines at 750-840 meters altitude in the Valencia region. A fruit-driven red made from the local Bobal grape, this wine showcases plenty of red fruit with notes of wild herbs and balsamic. Blackberry, pomegranate, liquorice and cocoa. The texture is fresh, soft and intense all at once.

Provence, France

At the foot of the majestic Sainte Baume Massif, here is one beautiful vineyard of 24 hectares located at an altitude of almost 400 m in the hollow of a large rock circus. The particular geology of the place helps Raymond de Villeneuve to cultivate his vineyard using biodynamics, a real eco-system far from any pollution. A disciple of the Steiner school (founder of biodynamics), he cultivates the traditional grapes of Provence in accordance with cosmic cycles. This Grenache dominated blend is the ideal Southern French red, as it is balanced and juicy, with meaty notes on the nose and loads of black fruits on the palate.
