NV Fondo Bozzole Incantabiss Lambrusco Mantovano
Lombardia, Italy

Southeast of Emilia-Romagna, across the River Po, Lambrusco Mantovano DOC is the only appellation outside of Emilia-Romagna producing Lambrusco. Brothers Franco and Mario Accorsi farm their small parcels of old vineyards organically, amidst pears and apples, and have resurrected nearly forgotten varietals of Lambrusco – Lombardy natives, and cousins to the more famous Emilia-Romagna varietals. It is the only Lambrusco produced in Mantua that comes from a guyot plant. Hand harvested and natively fermented Lambrusco of our dreams. Crunchy red currants and super fine bubbles that tickle your nose and tongue - dancing on your tongue really like pop rocks. Tart raspberry yogurt – like a sweet-tart, with a really cool bitter-herbal edge to cut nicely through a tiny bit of RS. Explosive cherry blaster vibes. Fermented almost dry.

2021 Fattoria Mani di Luna Litro Sangiovese - 1L format
Umbria, Italy

Mani di Luna (hands of the moon) is a small 25 hectare farm. Three friends (Simone, Rocco and Alessandro), pratice regenerative farming with the common intent of reviving the Azienda organically + biodynamically. This sangiovese is utterly delicious with massive drinkability, freshness, authenticity, without added sulphites, just grapes and that’s it! It recalls ancient memories of vintage farm wines, sold in demijohns and then bottled at home in bottles with crown caps for everyday use. A pure expression of honest wine- simple, direct and sincere. 10 years old vines in the Torgiano hills. Organic farming spontaneous fermentation with wild yeasts in cement vats, without filtration. Large formatted to enjoy with your nearest and dearest alongside a weekend spread of Italian cheese and salumis.

2020 Tenuta Macchiarola Bizona
Salento, Italy

100% organic and biodynamic Primitivo from the earliest harvest of grapes in Salento. Whole cluster, brief 8 day maceration, natural fermentation in stainless steel before aging in stainless and cement. Super bright, super fresh, 11-12% ABV Primitivo that is best served chilled. Nico calls it "Blue Wine" because of the distinct blue/violet color of the freshly run juice. Lively, light, playful, very fresh. The Bizona arises from Domenico Mangione’s desire to produce a Puglian red that eschews the traditional local style of Primitivo – fresh, drinkable, and more direct, with lower alcohol and the potential to be chilled in the cooler for 10 -15 minutes; essentially something that has vin de soif written all over it. Brimming with juicy blue/blackberry fruit, menthol and pine-y freshness – it’s taut, crushable, and ready to be put back with abandon!
