2019 OPI D'AQUI Les Cliquets
Languedoc, France

Les Cliquets is made from 100% Grenache, but totally unlike other Grenache wines from the south of France that are typically rich, weighty versions. Phillippe uses carbonic maceration in the winemaking process for Les Cliquets which intensifies the fruitiness of the wine while preserving the freshness and incredible aromatic intensity.

Light red in the glass like a Pinot Noir with gorgeous strawberry and cherry aromatics and flavours. This is like an adult juice box! Super fragrant and with great acidity that brings total refreshment. A slight sense of a fizz on the palate that natural wine lovers will absolutely adore.

2018 OPI D'AQUI L’Orangéade
Languedoc, France

Clairette grape variety macerated for 15 days then aged in stainless steel. This crisp, refreshing wine tastes like a cross between a dry Sauvignon Blanc and a slightly mineral-like Sauterne mixed with a dash of fresh-picked tart apples and a splash of orange rinds. Natural wine! No sulphur = no problem!

This is a velvety, lifted expression of Grenache. The lightest, brightest, and purest Languedoc Grenache we've had in recent memory. 100% Grenache hand-harvested from a vineyard site named ''l'Abricotier."  Bottled unfined, unfiltered with no additional SO2.
