This 3 pack contains one bottle of each of the following wine:
2022 Villa Job Untitled
Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Italy
Untitled is a white Friulano (Tocai), probably the most representative grape variety of Friuli. For Alessandro, this wine is the symbol of their region, a work of art so unique that it cannot be renamed with an alternative name, simply calling it Untitled. On the winemaking side, the grapes macerate on their skins for two days in concrete vats, releasing complex aromas without extraction. Notes of ripe yellow fruit mingle with those of white flowers in a long, mineral, and very sapid palate.
2022 Joao Tavares de Pina Rufia Branco
Dao, Portugal
The Rufia Branco blends 50% Encruzado with 50%, combined, of Cerceal Branco, Malvasia Fina and Bical. Aged for 8 months on the lees, in stainless steel tanks, this has a bit of an amber-ish glow (definitely not an orange/skin-contact wine). Very very refreshing with scents of orange skins, fleshy cantaloupe, light honey, brisk Meyer lemon and white tea leaves. Perfect to drink with raw fish preparations, risotto with seafood, warm fish appetizers and light veggie pastas. We'd say sushi is kind of a slam dunk pairing here.
2022 Villa Job Sudigiri
Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Italy
This is not your typical Sauvignon Blanc. Skin contact Sauvignon is complex and layered. And that’s what we love about it. Here, and with this treatment, it is complex, and seductive, with layers of forest herbs and a dominant mint character. It smells like a mysterious amaro from a tiny Italian mountain village where all you know is that 32 herbs comprise it. And tastes like herby, minty peach juice with Elderberry. Pair with seafood, chicken or anything citrus forward.
