This 3 pack contains one bottle of each wine and is pictured in our plant-based, planet-friendly premium packaging:
2021 Rosewood Winery PTG
Pinot Noir (37%), Gamay Noir (34%) and Blaufränkisch (29%). Aged in stainless steel for 5 months and bottled without fining or filtration. Vegan friendly, bone dry and extra juicy. Cute for 'passe tout grains', PTG does it again with this chuggable red blend. High toned ocean spray, juicy wild raspberries, strawberries, red plums, tomato leaf, oregano, and sun-dried tomato make this wine super fresh on the palate.
2021 Paradise Grapevine Dornfelder PétNat
Our BFFs at PGV are at it again, making the most likeable, and crushable, gulpers around. This time they've fashioned a follow up Pét-Nat, or Pétillant Naturel, to the exciting 2020 Crushed Hopes, from the early-ripening and humble Dornfelder varietal. What a treat! This is like a 90s mixtape, definitely a party-starter or, at the least, a fundamental part of any good party. There's loads of fruit here with mulberry vibes served over bramble and fresh cherry pie. A 10.2% ABV tells you this isn't for the serious and buttoned-up. Zaltos not welcome to attend this event, thank you. Serve very chilled unless you have a mop close by.
2021 80x Wine Co. When Pigs Fly Rosé
Notes on the wine and vintage direct from the horse's mouth:
"It's difficult to describe the 2021 vintage without using expletives - but we will try. The promising summer began with glorious warm weather. Hot days, but not too hot ... and then September rolled around the rain started ... and it didn't stop. Pinot Noir is a thin-skinned grape and thanks to the moisture began to quickly break down on the vine. We made the decision to harvest the fruit as soon as it was ready, and did not have the luxury of letting it hang to develop more sugars. Don't worry, there is a happy ending here. Once we got the fruit into the winery it fermented into the delicious wine we offer to the market for this year. With flavours of strawberry, watermelon and subtle hints of citrus pith. The good news about a cooler fall is we held on to more acidity than the previous vintage."
Just 300 cases produced. Grapes were sourced from the Crispino (82%) and Rockway Vineyards (18%).
