Fattoria Mani di Luna, Sanjolais, 2020


Sanjolais is a wine made with 100% Sangiovese in semi-carbonic maceration for 2-3 weeks in a whole bunch not pressed as do the great natural Beaujolais winemakers such as Foillard, Lapierre, Descombes, Dufraite, etc ...
It is a wine with easy drinkability and very intriguing aromas with subtle and fine tannins.
Only grapes with no added sulphites, it looks like Sangiovese juice, the bottle ends in a few minutes and should be drunk at the temperature of a structured white that is 12-15 degrees.
