Beyond Biome is a natural probiotic alternative to wine or cocktails, that showcases the abundance of the Canadian landscape. All ingredients are meticulously sourced from local farmers, foragers and small businesses. This is a natural water kefir fermentation that was not created to be alcoholic. The low amounts of alcohol are simply a natural by-product of fermentation.

Sunny B - Limited Run

Ingredients: Sea Buckthorn, Toasted Applewood, Balsam Fir, Rosehip, Rose Thyme, Fig Leaf and Rosemary. 3-4% ABV.

Like nature's mimosa on a summer's day. Bright acidity, fruit forward, fresh florals, mild tannin, medium body and buttery finish. Best as-is or over ice w/ lemon zest. Only open chilled. Repeatedly release the cage to allow CO2 to escape.

Berry from the Block - Limited Run

Ingredients: Red Currant, Cranberry, Blueberry, Elderberry, Saskatoon Berry, Rhubarb, Cassia Bark, Lavender. 3-4% ABV.

Tastes like a rose sangria. Full berry fruits, fresh florals, mild tannin, medium body, balanced acidity. Only open chilled. Repeatedly release the cage to allow CO2 to escape.

Spring Ting

Ingredients: Ontario Rhubarb, Ontario Redcurrant, Foraged Young Lilac, Locally-Grown Anise Hissop, Foraged Maple Blossoms. 3-4% ABV.

Tastes like a grapefruit mimosa. Bright fruit, balanced acidity, delicate florals, bittersweet finish. Only open chilled. Repeatedly release the cage to allow CO2 to escape.
