Clos du Tue Boeuf, Cheverny, 2020
This cuvee is 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Gamay. It's all berry fruit with a slap of earth and spice. Fine tannins shape things, fresh acidity bolsters the wine and keeps things vibrant and lively. There's a lighter, paler feel to this wine, though the fine detail is all there.
Very limited production on this fine, quality quaffer.
