Stardust was born in 2016 with Federico’s desire to experiment with a blend of all white grapes that ultimately became a tribute to the recently deceased genius, David Bowie. 50% of the blend comes from slightly overripe Sauvignon grapes and, for the remaining 50%, a blend of Trebbiano and Malvasia Puntinata - a blend typical of the Castelli Romani area. This hand harvested tenacious white is a fresh and delightful wine, with notes of crisp apple, lemon and mineral.
