Chris Santini makes wine with his brothers in the small Burgundian village of Auxey-Duresses, a town with a population of 300. His focus is on producing “vins de soif” wine made to quench your thirst and be consumed with fervour. This orange wine is textural, chewy and puckering. So very refreshing. Lime, alpine herbs, fennel. Lots of all of that. Chalked full of salty minerality. Exceptional length and depth yet insane freshness and vitality. Has such energy and drinkability. Serious orange wine!
