Hand harvested Verdejo fermented with only the free run juice.Racked by gravitational force and aged on it's own lees for 6 months in stainless steel. What immediately stands out is the great acidity.Passion fruit and citrus aromas. Crisp and tenacious, with bright citrus acidity.Lime and orange-peel, stony finish. Like licking a juicy, citrusy rock - delicious.
