A classic and easy-drinking Lambrusco Rosso Secco composed of 65% Lambrusco Marani, 30% Lambrusco Salamino and 5% Ancellotta. Tons of gorgeous red fruit in the mix with delicious pomegranate juice, dark cherry and fresh redcurrants plus hints of herbaceousness and liquorice. This has a delicate measure of residual sugar, clocking in at a hardly noticeable 9 g/l but has, by our expert calculations, a metric ton of acidity behind it. So fresh, so fruity, so easy to drink and the bubbles are the proverbial cherry on top.
