A cuvée of beautiful freshness and depth. Pale golden yellow with a persistent effervescence, this creamy wine offers a great depth of flavour. Ripe, rich fruits of fresh apple, apricots and a tangy hint of orange zest.
The wine is aged for 6 months in barrel before spending a minimum of 4 years on the lees making this a superb value for a non-vintage champagne. The Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay blend comes from vines planted in 1993.
Even better, this is a biodynamic winery that produces stunning, high-quality grower champagne from their 1er Cru village in Vrigny, Montagne de Reims. No hints of natural winemaking in this sparkler though, this is tried and true bubbly from this historic and celebrated region.
