Valdigué is an underdog grape with origins in Southern France. Valdiguié has found a new home in sunny California where it’s nicknamed, Napa Gamay. Juicy and fruity, yet concentrated, its aromas are reminiscent of sour cherry candy. It's mouth-watering on the palate with a bright, tangy finish and an incredible herbal finesse. Precise and ethereal. Only 11.5% in alcohol, Folk Machine’s Redwood Valley Valdiguié is the epitome of a crushable red. Serve nicely chilled for ultimate buvabilité.
