Call it an entry-level bottling but there's nothing entry-level about this sweet little number. A blend of Jaen (aka Mencia) with 5% Touriga Nacional, whole-cluster fermented and aged on less for 9 months in stainless steel. Light and fresh, juicy and fruity, oh so easy to drink and with just the right amount of funk to keep the party in your mouth poppin! Wild strawberry, raspberry and a tiny pinch of black pepper with a suggestion of leafy and mineral notes. A light chill is best for this.
