Saint-Pourçain AOC
A blend mostly of Chardonnay with a smaller proportion of Tressallier, all grown organically. The grapes are vinified separately with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks. This is marked with great minerality but also offers a ton of citrus, pear, peach, flowers and light honey notes on the nose. It's easy-drinking, wonderfully fruity and fresh with a gorgeous expression of minerality throughout the palate. It's light to medium bodied and a great compliment to salmon, asparagus, quiche Florentine or battered Haddock with brussels sprouts.
