From female winemaker Yvonne Irvine. Born out of a desire to create a brand with integrity and produce honest, well made and interesting wines on their own terms. The brand celebrates women and wine - as they are, completely unfined, unfiltered, and untamed. Gorgeous Vidal grapes co-fermented with Concord grapes and tarragon from their garden, to add some subtle complexity and fun. Incredibly crushable and bubblegum-y with ripe, crisp apples, pulpy pear, lingering liquorice and the delicate sweetness of Concords. The bubbles are cleansing and refreshing. Unfiltered and bottled with lees. No sulphites added.
