100% Nero D'Avola from organic vineyards in western Sicily, not far from Marsala, made naturally all in steel. Dark blue and purple fruit that's ripe, but not heavy. We love how much of a loop this wine throws you for with it's inky color but restrained weight and texture. Typically, Nero D'Avola produces much more intense interpretations with higher alcohol and more density/weight.
We adore this with pizza and pasta but you can also nightcap it after dinner.
