Gamay, Cabernet Franc, Blaufränkisch and Rotburger. A crisp rosé of campinos, salty watermelon, strawberries and cream with a delightfully refreshing acid profile and a robust pink tint. This is a patio slinging rosé that is as perfect during cocktail hour as it is with the main course. All fruit was destemmed into the press for a 5-8 hour rest before being pressed off into stainless steel. Neutral oak aging for 5 months. Naturally fermented, unfined, unfiltered.
