Riesling, Muscat Ottonel and Sauvignon Blanc. Tropic florality and clean acidity, thirst quenching with a light to medium body and a lime zesty sprite profile. Grapes were all destemmed and pressed/settled/fermented in stainless steel. Five months of neutral oak aging, then blending with minimal sulphur additions. Naturally fermented, unfined, unfiltered.
