Niagara, Ontario
A Riesling pet-project from the Paradise Grapevine braintrust, sourced from some of Niagara's best vineyard sites and is now the longest-aged wine they've ever produced. Total production was limited to just 60 cases, so this is super duper exclusive.
In their words: "bone-dry, zesty, preserved lemon, lemon pith, stony, textured, zippy acidity".
A totally rad Riesling with a slightly more serious, mature side that shows off some praise-worthy skills in the arsenal of winemaking capabilities at PGV's disposal.
