A rosé Pet-Nat or Petillant natural, crafted from 100% Gamay Noir grapes, fermented and bottled at their winery in Prince Edward County. Notes of wild strawberry and salted watermelon rind with a dry finish. Reminds us of childhood strawberry pop rock candy. Food pairing suggestions: Spicy Tacos, Jerk Chicken, Creamy Goat Cheese.

Winemaker's note: Our New rosé Pet-Nat or Petillant natural, crafted from 100% Gamay Noir grapes, fermented and bottled at our winery in Prince Edward County. We followed the same process as 2021, where we lightly pressed the fruit and added the skins back to the Gamay Noir red wine fermentation. The light pressing helped extract a lively pink colour and a slight hint of tannin.
