Aromatic and zesty Zibibbo (Muscat of Alexandria) spends 15 days on skins pulling inviting tannins and marked texture. Fragrant and layered aromatics of fresh chamomile, dried bergamot, rose hydrosol, apricot skin, candied peaches, sage brush, malt & darjeeling. Juicy, bright, textured, salty, nutty, and chuggable.
Sensational with tuna crudo. For easier-to-prep dishes, try it with light seafoods, bold cheeses or takeout Indian (not spicy).
