A classic blend of Xarello, Parellada and Macabeo that typifies this style of bubbles. As with other traditional method wines, the secondary fermentation is in bottle. So the nose presents fresh fruit notes - green apple, pear, lemon - while also indicating the toasty characteristics of Champagne-method sparkling, like baked bread and nuts. A dry, light, refreshing bubbly with citrus, tart apple and well-balanced acidity. The bubbles are creamy and persistent while the finish is clean and crisp. Pairs beautifully with chicken, cream sauce pasta or a plate of mild cheeses.
